This policy explains what Computermind (“we”) collects when you use computermind.io, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account details. When you sign up with email and password we store your email and a one-way hash of your password. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We request no other Google data.
  • What you create. Drawings, saved game levels, artifacts and other content you save while signed in.
  • What you send us. Your email if you join the waitlist, subscribe to the blog or contact us, along with any message you include.
  • Usage data. Anonymous, aggregated page-view analytics that do not use cookies to track you across sites.

How we use it

To sign you in, keep your content available to you, run and improve the site, and reply when you contact us. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

We rely on a small number of providers to run the service:

  • Vercel, which hosts the site and provides analytics.
  • Our managed PostgreSQL database provider, which stores account data and content.
  • Google, when you choose to sign in with Google.
  • OpenAI and Anthropic, which process the text you submit to AI-powered features in order to generate a response.

Google user data

Computermind’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google profile data is used only to create and identify your Computermind account.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. To delete your account and everything linked to it, email vichudo@gmail.comfrom the address on the account and we will remove it within 30 days. You can also revoke Computermind’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored only as hashes, and access to production systems is restricted.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced on the site.
