By using computermind.io (the “service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Give accurate information when you sign up, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You own what you create on Computermind. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you, and for anything you choose to publish or share.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• upload malware or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• scrape, overload or resell the service without permission.

We may suspend accounts that do.

AI features

Some features generate content with AI models. Output can be inaccurate; do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

Availability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Computermind is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
